Welcome to the Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre

 

 

This exhibitor manual is your introduction to the show team and provides useful information on arriving at the venue, build-up and break down procedures, additional onsite goods and services and of course health, safety and security.

​

It also contains important forms which you need to complete, by specific deadlines, in advance of the event. To make this as easy as possible we have included all deadlines on the forms section of this website.

Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre is running over 2 weekends, so please do check the dates that are relevant to the weekend you have booked, and ensure you state the weekend(s) you will be exhibiting at when you place any orders.

As this event will be hosted outdoors within the grounds of the Hampton Court Palace it is of vital importance that you take note of the Palace Conservation Rules and Regulations which can be found in the Venue Information section of this manual.

Key Elements to remember when exhibiting at the Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre:

This will be an outdoor event taking place during winter in the East Gardens of Hampton Court Palace and therefore you will need to take into consideration the following factors:

​

• Weather-wise it is likely to be cold and wet, please think about this if you are planning on storing boxes in your stand area as they may become damp/wet and stock may be damaged. 

• It will be getting dark early so consider your lighting options.

• The ground is uneven and may affect your displays and tables. Think of ways you may minimise this effect at your stand. 

• All sampling must be kept to the confines of the stand wherever possible to avoid the risk of spillage on the unprotected Palace Grounds.
