Electrics

Power is available to order through the official contractor, AAC Power Solutions. Please complete the form at the end of this manual if you require electrics. There is three forms this year, one for the first weekend (5-7 December), one for the second weekend (12-14 December) and one for exhibitors doing both weekends – please ensure you compete and return the relevant form.

Power is provided by a generator. Exhibitors are not permitted to bring their own generators. Any electrical orders must be placed as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil orders on site. All Electrical work on your stand must be carried out by the appointed electrical stand contractor.

Any prefabricated units already wired must comply with BS7671 IEE Regulations. The cost of any modification required to comply with these regulations will be charged to the exhibitor by the Electrical Contractor. When ordering, always accompany your order with a drawing. A 20% surcharge will apply to all orders placed after 14th November.

Heaters

Due to the problems previously encountered at Festive Fayre, any Exhibitor that wishes to run a heater on their stand, we will now have to order a separate power supply dedicated to only powering the heater.  Please fill out the form and indicate in the appropriate column if you need a socket for your heater.  The maximum KW heater that can be used is 2kw

No other appliances will be able to be run off this socket.  The socket will be easily identified on your stand as it will be a black socket, not silver.  Anyone not using the dedicated power supply for their heaters will be asked to remove their heater.

All heaters  should show a current PAT test certificate on them.  Should exhibitors not have this available they will be asked to remove their heaters from the socket provided.
