Security

The palace perimeter will be secured overnight however exhibitors are reminded that they should make arrangements with their insurance company to ensure that stock and personal items are covered. We recommend that high value items are removed from site overnight, that Exhibitors remain vigilant at all times and do not leave their stand unattended.
For security reasons do not leave items unattended anywhere, personal items are at the owners risk and we take no responsibility for any items lost.
During build-up and breakdown your stands are especially vulnerable to theft. Please make sure you do not leave your stand unattended. If you are to leave your stand unattended at any point this will be at your own risk.
If you discover any unattended or suspicious items do not attempt to move them but contact the Operations Manager on site with the item description, location and your details. Any other security issues should also be reported to the Customer Service tent.

Sustainability

We are committed to reducing the impact we have on our environment whilst continuing to provide the products, services and events which create happiness and fulfilment for our audiences. But in order to do so, we need a habitable world. Our sustainability work sits within all our values and as an events business we have joined isla, a not-for-profit organisation founded as the event industry’s response to the climate crisis. It brings together expertise from across the entire events sector, provides resources and training and has developed tools and a carbon calculator to support and deliver industry-wide standardisation and best practice on sustainable practices. Through facilitation and collaboration, education and reporting, isla drives to share knowledge, upskill the industry and track progress to affect change rapidly and meaningfully, across the events industry.
As an Exhibitor at the Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre, we encourage you to think about the reusable elements of your stand, as well as the material of any disposables in order to reduce your use of plastic and non-reusable materials at the Fayre. We’d love for you to join us in our sustainability journey and help us to reduce our impact, one event at a time.
