Chemicals

Chemicals should be treated under COSHH regulations. Relevant data sheets should be available for inspection, together with appropriate risk assessments. The Operations Team must be notified prior to coming on site by email to viv.orchard@vivevents.co.uk.

Child Employment

To comply with Health & Safety Regulations, no persons under the age of 16 will be admitted on site during build-up and breakdown, or outside of the show open times. Please note this means that if there is anyone under the age of 16 on your stand they will need to be offsite when the show closes. This is especially important for breakdown on Sunday.  Breakdown CANNOT begin until the site is clear of all under 16’s

For any further information please refer to the relevant government legislation which can be found from this link.

Cleaning

Stand cleaning is not provided. Please bag up any rubbish and take this home with you. Please make sure that you bring bin liners with you as they will not be provided on site. Any waste left at the end of the show should be removed from site and taken with you.  Exhibitors will be charged for any waste left. Please do remember this is a Royal Palace and as such we need to maintain its beauty and ensure there is no littering at any time and all rubbish is either placed in the bins and skips or taken away with you. Any cooking oils need to be taken away by the exhibitor – they cannot be disposed of on site.
