Refrigeration and Freezers

Please note that if you require either refrigeration or a freezer on your stand you will need to make the necessary arrangements to hire this, If you need help in hiring these contact Viv.orchard@vivevents.co.uk.    You must also ensure that the correct power (24-hour power) has been ordered in advance of the show through AAC using the forms page of this manual.

Restocking

Restocking will only take place before the show opens each morning. Please see the Event Timetable for specific times.

 

No large vehicles will be allowed on site for restocking on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.  Please ensure your vehicles for restocking are no larger than transit size.
