Gas

There is no mains gas available on site. LPG is permitted, subject to the correct documentation being provided in advance. 

 

Please note that gas hoses must be of the “braided type” and secured using  “crimps” (the two eared type not “jubilee clips”)

If there are 2 or more cylinders used together, the gas regulator must be the OPSO type of safety regulator and sited above the cylinder valve.

All gas appliances and hoses must be checked for defects and signed off on site by our gas safety advisor. 

 

Please make sure you have completed the gas request form at the end of this manual and returned it to the Organisers. Exhibitors are required to provide their own firefighting equipment.  Please note that there are no storage facilities for spare canisters on site and they must not be stored in your vehicle.  You may exchange canisters at the beginning of the day but not during show open. Only gas canisters that are in use may be kept on the stand.

 

Glasses

Exhibitors are reminded that glass/glasses are not permitted on site.  Please use alternatives.  We suggest that exhibitors consider using compostable plastic or corn-starch items over single use plastic.
