Water and wastage

Plumbed in water & waste is not available on site. Exhibitors should consider using teal units where appropriate. There will be an exhibitor wash-up area available and access to running water.  If you have any queries regarding water and waste please contact viv.orchard@vivevents.co.uk.

Weather

It will be getting dark early so consider your lighting options.

Festive Fayre is based outside in December, therefore the weather may be cold and wet. Please ensure that all damageable goods and stock are kept raised from the floor and in protective boxes. Please ensure that any set up that can get damaged by wind or rain is kept inside the marquee away from the walls.

The organisers take no responsibility for any stock damage caused by weather if left overnight in the tents
